Salted Chocolate Macadamia balls

Need a new snack for on the go? These macadamia bites are so yummy and perfect to keep you satiated between breakfast and lunch! They keep really well in the fridge and the chocolate coating is optional, depends if you have time to do that extra step.. they are delicious without it too! Enjoy x

Salted Chocolate Macadamia Balls
Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Vegetarian
Macadamia Balls
  1. 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  2. 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  3. 1 tbsp coconut oil
  4. 1 cup macadamia nuts
  5. 1 tbsp honey
  6. sea salt
Chocolate (Optional)
  1. ¼ cup / 60 ml melted coconut oil
  2. 2 tbsp / 30ml melted cacao butter
  3. 2 tbsp / 30g raw cacao powder
  4. ¼ cup raw honey
  5. a couple pinches salt, to taste
  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Take 1 tbsp of the mixture at a time and roll into balls
Chocolate (Optional)
  1. Melt all the chocolate ingredients together
  2. Dip the macadamia balls into the chocolate
  3. place on a plate and pop into the fridge for a hour to set
  1. Store in the fridge.
